                                          Charges to expect:

    Maine lodging tax of 9% will be added to the rental fee.

    Security deposit of $1000, which will be refunded after your stay provided no damages occured to the property during your stay.

    Cleaning fee: $250.00.

    Garbage fee: $60.

    Pet Deposit: $300, per pet.

    Linen fee: $150 if requested
