REW Lake Rentals adopts a tailored approach to managing vacation rentals.

We offer owners and renters a hassle-free experience, without the fees imposed by large companies.

Renters:

A property manual will be available on-site, featuring useful information such as emergency contacts, hospital and urgent care details, pet emergency contacts and local veterinarians, house rules, restaurant recommendations, and Wi-Fi information.

Entry upon arrival is straightforward and keyless, utilizing either a lockbox or a keyless entry system at the property.

Each property is meticulously cleaned before your arrival and immediately after your departure.

Property management is on hand to resolve any issues that may occur during your stay. REW Lake Rentals employs a personalized approach to managing vacation rentals.

 

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation.

You will receive payment receipt emails, reminder emails, and a thank you email at the conclusion of your stay.

 

Owners:

Your property will be managed professionally and thoroughly inspected between rentals. Our property manager will handle any maintenance issues that may arise during the renters' stay, as well as any general carpentry or construction needed or requested by owners. For matters beyond his legal scope, we will engage local professionals to address issues requiring licensure.

We employ the same cleaners weekly for each property, ensuring they are well aware of any issues that may have occurred during the renters' stay, and these will be addressed.
