Renters:

After your booking is confirmed, your information will be available, and a lease will be sent to you for signing. This needs to be returned to us along with the security deposit within 10 days.

Along with your lease, you'll receive a list of amenities such as canoes, kayaks, life jackets, etc.

A property manual will be available at the location, containing useful information like emergency contacts, hospital and urgent care details, pet emergency contacts and local veterinarians, house rules, restaurant recommendations, and Wi-Fi information.

Entry upon arrival is simple and keyless, with either a lockbox or a keyless entry system on the property.

Each property is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and immediately after your departure.
